
'Rajma Chawal is a combination that will never go out of fashion! So, let’s make a delicious and easy Rajma masala. RAJMA MASALA Ingredients 1½ cups kidney beans (rajma), soaked for 6-8 hours and drained Salt to taste 2 tsps red chilli powder 2 tsps cumin powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste 1 cup Kings Crispy Fried Onion 1 cup tomato puree Fresh coriander sprig for garnish Steamed rice to serve Method 1. Transfer the rajma in pressure cooker, add 4-5 cups water, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and ginger-garlic paste. 2. Crush Kings Crispy Fried Onion and add to the pressure cooker. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on high heat till 5-6 whistles are released. Lower the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes more. 3. Open the lid once the pressure settles completely. 4. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot with steamed rice.
